Observable Media Bias
NPR at its worst. So the normally..... clearly biased..... NPR has now pulled out all stops, and spent the last week doing detailed stories about the impact of the government shutdown...... all of which appeal to the emotions, and present in perfect order the liberal theme of "Bad Republicans" look how they hurt people. Never mind the clearly senseless statements like the President and Senate Majority Leader saying: "give me everything I want, and then we'll sit down and talk!" ?????Normal people are compelled to ask the question that NPR can't seem to grasp…."If they give you everything you want, then WHAT is left to talk about?" Just once I would like to see some balance with NPR, like a story about the hotel owner at a national park who refused to close his establishment and woke up to find ARMED national park rangers turning people away from his parking lot!
WADING IN THE SHALLOWS
There Follow Proofs That:
Liberal arguments are usually based in extreme emotion or shallow human reasoning and are often motivated by Narcissism
1. Cindy Sheehan:
Only liberals would believe that the loss of a son in combat, somehow suddenly makes the mother an expert on National Defense policy, the morality of war, and political thought.
Contrarily deep thinkers would recognize immediately that the
already suspect emotional biases of a mother will have been rendered even more unreliable by the presence of grief.
2. Sandy Hook Shooting:
Only liberals would allow the shock and real emotions of the tragedy in Connecticut, to move them to take actions based on emotion alone, which will have NO impact on security of our children for the future, but rather are pushed forward with the sole intent of doing something quick to feel better about themselves.
Contrarily deep thinkers recognize the legal truism that “Bad facts make Bad Law” and would avoid useless knee jerk reactions, in favor of well thought out actions, backed by real evidence and enacted with a least some chance of actually improving the security of our children.
